Horizon Resourcing in Ipswich is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a full-time, office-based role. This position focuses on client development and account management, with a dedicated delivery team handling candidate sourcing to let you concentrate on vacancies and placements.

You will build relationships, win new business, brief clients, advise on market conditions, and coordinate interviews and offers.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Developing new business through outbound calls, emails, meetings and networking.
• Identifying staffing requirements and securing new vacancies.
• Taking detailed and accurate job briefs from clients.
• Advising clients on candidate availability, market conditions, pay rates and recruitment strategies.
• Working closely with the delivery team to identify suitable candidates for each vacancy.
• Presenting candidates to clients and coordinating interviews, feedback and offers.
• Negotiating rates and terms while protecting commercial margins.
• Managing placements from initial vacancy through to confirmation and aftercare.
• Maintaining accurate records of client activity, vacancies and placements within the recruitment system.
• Achieving agreed activity, revenue and placement targets.
• Representing Horizon Resourcing professionally at client meetings and industry events.
