Job summary

Rackspace Technology in London seeks an experienced Security Architect to design security frameworks, standards, controls, and strategies for private cloud environments. You will lead assessments, architecture reviews, and strategy planning to deliver secure, end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

In this client-facing role, you will work with NHS and regulated clients, embedding ISO 27001/27002 and NIST 800-53, guiding product teams on governance and security offerings.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of NHS and healthcare environments, including security, clinical data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of Rackspace infrastructure and architecture and business impact of technologies.
• Advanced technical knowledge across IT, operating systems, product development and security troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security architectures across multiple platforms and services.
• Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews and security control deployment.
• Collaborate with project teams to remediate vulnerabilities and align with governance.
• Advise on security product strategy and roadmaps for internal and customer offerings.
