Rullion is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and assurance of complex IT solutions in a regulated environment. The role emphasizes security, scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards, working with stakeholders and multiple suppliers.

The candidate should have strong architectural leadership, governance experience and the ability to oversee delivery across diverse teams in a large-scale, multi‑supplier setting, with a focus on cyber security

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise-scale technical architecture across cloud, infrastructure and networking.
• Strong ability to design secure, scalable and resilient IT solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and assurance of technical solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide architectural oversight from design through to handover and operation.
• Review architectures across cloud platforms, infrastructure, networks, integrations and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide leadership and SME guidance to project teams and suppliers.
• Support architectural governance and participate in ARBs as needed.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that meet business objectives and strategy.
• Ensure secure integration and interoperability across multi-supplier environments.
