Job summary

Trevett Services are recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor based in Wembley. The role involves maintaining QA procedures, recording documentation for mechanical/HVAC systems, and supervising a sizeable on-site team.

The candidate will be client-facing and manage safety, performance reviews, and timesheets. The position runs 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend or night shifts paid at overtime rates.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in mechanical or HVAC is preferred.
• Experience as a supervisor is required for the top end of the salary.
• FM/background experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site mechanical/HVAC team and maintain records.
• Ensure QA procedures are followed and documentation is accurate.
• Act as client-facing point of contact on site.
