Job summary

A leading M&E contractor in the United Kingdom seeks a Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager. This role involves leading the pre-construction process, managing tender submissions, and overseeing project transitions. The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical building services and pre-construction processes. Offering a salary of £63,000 to £85,000 with a base of £55,000 to £65,000 plus bonuses. Qualifications

• Experience within mechanical building services (HVAC, pipework, etc.) is preferred.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret technical information.
• Experience in a pre-construction/tendering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical pre-construction process from tender through to project award.
• Manage and coordinate tender submissions for accuracy.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to bid strategy.
