Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Membership of a professional body (e.g. CIBSE, ASHRAE, IET).
• Working towards MCIOB or CIBSE accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection of subcontractors and act as MEP expert.
• Manage and coordinate M&E design information.
• Produce weekly building services status reports.
