Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a Business Analyst to support Citi FXLM Ops Tech, focusing on design and delivery of back-office and regulatory technology solutions. You will collaborate with trading, operations, finance, product control and PMO to capture requirements, and translate them into precise functional documentation.

You will engage with developers and testers to ensure timely, quality delivery. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive base salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within a Global Bank in FX, Trade Processing or Risk Management.
• Understanding the front-to-back workflow for multiple asset classes (FX, FI, MM, Derivatives).
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders across trading, operations, finance and technology.
• Create functional designs and maintain traceability from BRD to test plans and results.
• Analyze large data sets and produce flow diagrams, summaries and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure quality delivery and on-time implementation.
