Talent Motion is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer for a London property consultancy. The role is client‑facing, combining detailed design with commercial awareness and project leadership on high‑value buildings.

You will lead design and advisory work, coordinate with other engineering and real estate disciplines, and manage programmes from concept to delivery. The package includes £46,000 salary, ~10% bonus, pension, life assurance, healthcare and 25 days holiday, plus training

Responsibilities

• Carry out full detailed design
• Client advisory directly with end user clients
• Project management & coordination with other engineering and real estate disciplines
• Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programmes
• Peer review and overseeing external consultant designs
• Client/Project management
