Job summary

Rensora AI is seeking a Forward Deployer Engineer to bridge the ModernZ AI platform with enterprise infrastructures. You will deploy in on-prem, hybrid, and cloud setups, work closely with client IT and security teams, and ensure seamless data migration and integration with legacy systems.

You will own the deployment lifecycle from environment assessment to production cutover, while influencing product teams with real-world integration feedback and optimizing post-deployment performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in deployment engineering, DevOps, site reliability, or systems integration.
• Hands-on with containerization/orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Python and SQL scripting for automation and data migration.
• Experience migrating legacy systems and on-premise databases.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and integration of the ModernZ AI platform in enterprise environments (on-prem, hybrid, cloud).
• Collaborate with client IT, DevOps, and security teams for provisioning, networking, and compliance.
• Design and execute data migration strategies for legacy data.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored to client workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across legacy systems and cloud services in real time.
• Create deployment runbooks and technical documentation for client ops teams.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering on deployment patterns and improvements.
• Support post-deployment monitoring and stabilization.
