Qualifications

• Managing a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses.
• Holding regular face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Reviewing statutory accounts and more complex accounting work.
• Advising clients when unusual technical or commercial issues arise.
• Supporting business owners with reporting, structures and financial decision-making.
• Managing workflow across the team and developing more junior colleagues.
• Identifying opportunities to broaden relationships and introduce additional services.
