Qualifications

• Experience in accountancy, ideally managing or reviewing SME/owner-managed portfolios.
• Strong client relationship and advisory focus.
• Ability to plan work and coordinate deadlines across a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses.
• Reviewing statutory accounts and supporting files.
• Planning work and coordinating deadlines across the team.
• Reviewing work prepared by junior and qualified staff.
• Holding regular face-to-face client meetings.
• Resolving accounting queries and identifying issues early.
• Supporting and developing less experienced team members.
• Helping clients access wider services when appropriate.
