Job summary

Insite Finance in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Client Manager - Accountancy to take senior ownership of a substantial client portfolio and lead regular face-to-face meetings with business owners. The role involves reviewing statutory accounts, advising on accounting and wider business issues, and managing workflow across managers, seniors and trainees.

The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with progression to Manager/Senior Manager in a UK practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking senior ownership of a substantial client portfolio.
• Leading regular face-to-face meetings with business owners.

• Managing workflow across managers, seniors and trainees.
• Developing people and improving the quality of work beneath you.
• Working alongside directors on key relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
• Supporting selected new business opportunities.
