Job summary

CI Projects is seeking a client-facing Business Analyst in London to help understand, map, and optimise client business processes. You will work directly with client teams to uncover issues, translate needs into deliverable requirements, and enable governance improvements.

Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, building Power BI dashboards, and developing Power Automate flows to streamline operations. A consulting mindset and strong stakeholder skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong process mapping and process improvement capability (e.g., BPMN).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
• A proactive, consulting-led mindset with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops and interviews to uncover pain points, requirements and opportunities.
• Map and analyse current-state processes, identify inefficiencies and design future-state improvements.
• Build insightful Power BI dashboards and develop Power Automate flows to digitise and streamline client processes.
• Translate findings into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable recommendations.
• Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, presenting insights and supporting change adoption.
• Contribute to successful project delivery across transformation, improvement and technology-enabled programmes.
