Job summary

CI&T seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join the client team in Central London. You will drive data-informed decisions through advanced A/B testing, statistical analysis, and enterprise BI solutions.

The role is client-facing, embedding with the client's team, and requires autonomy and professional representation of CI&T. You'll design and analyze A/B tests, build semantic Power BI data models, and develop high-performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytics, BI, and data modeling in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in executing A/B tests and interpreting results.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product performance.
• Apply statistics to validate tests and generate actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Build semantic data models in Power BI for self-service analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets in Power BI.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks.
• Ensure data source integration with BI models and monitor performance.
• Advise clients on data governance, quality, and security best practices.
