Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client-facing team in Central London. You’ll design and implement A/B tests, apply statistical methods, and translate results into actionable business insights using enterprise BI solutions.

You will build semantic data models in Power BI, collaborate with data engineering on pipelines in Databricks, and ensure data quality and governance across dashboards, delivering clear narratives to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Power BI expertise and experience building enterprise dashboards and semantic data models.
• Strong statistical analysis capabilities including experimental design and inference.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product performance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and datasets; model data for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define data pipelines in Databricks and ensure data quality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions with governance and security in mind.
