Job summary

Sia is seeking an Associate Consultant in the United Kingdom to support client engagements through rigorous research, analysis, and deliverable development. You will distil insights and present conclusions to clients, while receiving mentoring from senior leaders and collaborating with a high-calibre team on diverse projects.

The role requires curiosity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication; a hybrid working model is expected with in-office presence several days per week.

Qualifications

• BA or BSc from an accredited university; 2027 graduation target.
• Experience with primary/secondary research and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects with organisation and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support engagements by driving research and fact-gathering.
• Analyse and synthesise findings to develop client deliverables.
• Present conclusions to clients through clear, impactful presentations.
• Work across practices as a generalist on varied engagements.
