Sia is seeking an Associate Consultant in the United Kingdom to support client engagements through rigorous research, analysis, and deliverable development. You will distil insights and present conclusions to clients, while receiving mentoring from senior leaders and collaborating with a high-calibre team on diverse projects.
The role requires curiosity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication; a hybrid working model is expected with in-office presence several days per week.
The primary role of an Associate Consultant is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process, analysing and synthesising findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Associate Consultants work across practices as generalists and are staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope, and length, offering exceptional early exposure to diverse consulting engagements.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement at the university level. Prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research is highly desirable. You must be naturally curious and self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and equipped with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Our Associate Consultants are expected to be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, and bring excellent communication skills, confidence, and a 'can-do' attitude.
Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and throughout their employment. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
We believe in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture where our employees and partners are valued and thrive in a sense of belonging.
