Job description

The Position

The primary role of an Associate Consultant is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process, analysing and synthesising findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Associate Consultants work across practices as generalists and are staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope, and length, offering exceptional early exposure to diverse consulting engagements.

As an Associate Consultant, you will:
  • Have direct and immediate client-facing access
  • Hands-on mentoring from, and access to, senior-level leadership
  • Distil actionable and meaningful insights from research using relevant quantitative techniques and appropriate analytical frameworks
  • Effectively communicate our conclusions directly to clients through impactful, creative presentations
  • Be supported by an unparalleled group of peers and leaders throughout each engagement
The Essentials for Success

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement at the university level. Prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research is highly desirable. You must be naturally curious and self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and equipped with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Our Associate Consultants are expected to be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, and bring excellent communication skills, confidence, and a 'can-do' attitude.

Required
  • BA or BSc, in 2027 from an accredited university. Targeted majors include Business, Economics, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, and Science, though we remain open to other disciplines
  • Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research through a range of research methodologies
  • Relevant internships are a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills; experience working with large datasets and modelling
  • Initiative-taking: exhibiting flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
  • Comfort with ambiguity: ability to synthesise implications and triangulate from various data sources
  • Well organised: ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience exercising critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Foreign language fluency preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)
Benefits
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the wellbeing, financial security, and work-life balance of our employees.
  • 25 days of annual leave per year, in addition to applicable public holidays
  • Life insurance cover
  • Health and travel insurance which supports a range of healthcare needs and includes cover when travelling
  • Salary Sacrifice - Personal pension scheme operated on a salary sacrifice basis, employer contributions (minimum 4%), matched up to 6%
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
  • We embrace a flexible workplace model that balances autonomy with in-person connection. Associate consultants are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and throughout their employment. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
