Job summary

AlphaSights in London seeks a Client Service Associate to bridge our clients with expert knowledge. You’ll manage multiple projects, coordinating with investors, strategists and dealmakers, and drive impactful matches through proactive communication.

You’ll use AI-powered sourcing tools, understand project context and regulatory considerations, and develop transferable commercial and client-management skills with a clear path to leadership. Hybrid work with Fridays remote.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Portuguese or C2 level is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
