Sphere is seeking an Application Support Analyst to help clients keep daily trading workflows running smoothly. You’ll handle questions and service requests, investigate problems and guide users through Sphere’s products, ensuring updates are communicated until resolution.

Working with our Technical and Product teams, you’ll understand the platform and energy markets it serves. This hands-on, client-facing role suits someone who enjoys solving technical problems and explaining solutions clearly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related subject.
• One year of experience in a technically focused role.
• Active interest in technology, including AI, beyond work or formal study.
• Curious, methodical approach to troubleshooting with persistence.
• Clear spoken and written English for client communication.
• Strong organisational skills and follow-through to resolve requests.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming client calls and support tickets, assess needs and take the next steps on requests and platform queries.
• Investigate and record technical issues, explain progress and next steps clearly.
• Carry out updates to client settings and user access, ensure changes are applied correctly.
• Collaborate with colleagues when deeper investigation is needed.
• Help clients understand the platform’s features for day-to-day workflows.
• Use learnings from cases to improve guidance and internal docs.
• Work a light shift pattern to support client coverage, including public holidays.
