Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with AI awareness to join the Cloud & Custom Applications practice. You will work with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering squads to shape and deliver digital solutions.

This hybrid role blends Capgemini offices, client sites, and home office as appropriate. You will design, build, and enhance software with a focus on scalable architectures, secure coding, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering business-focused full‑stack software solutions.
• Strong frontend with React or React Native and robust Java backend.
• Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Solid SQL skills and relational databases, plus TDD/BDD practices.
• Knowledge of secure coding, DevOps, and CI/CD in agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and client‑facing skills.
