As part of the Data & AI Strategy Team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, innovation and delivery, solving complex AI challenges with a strong commercial acumen and influence across

Qualifications

• Experience assessing and assuring AI risks across the lifecycle, including model performance, transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to embed governance, risk management and assurance across the AI lifecycle from design to retirement.
• Proven ability to conduct AI risk assessments, impact assessments and assurance reviews in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve AI assurance frameworks addressing AI-specific risks.
• Lead AI risk, impact and control assessments for business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Embed AI risk management throughout the end-to-end AI lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Define requirements for ongoing monitoring, drift detection and post-deployment assurance activities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, security, privacy, legal and compliance teams to ensure compliant AI solutions.
