Job summary

NTT DATA UK & Ireland seeks a Forward-Deployed Engineer to rapidly build demos, prototypes, and MVPs that translate client problems into tangible AI concepts. You will partner with account teams and Solution Architects to ensure scalable architectures, security, and deployment readiness across OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google/Gemini, cloud services, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software or AI engineering roles.
• 2+ years building AI/GenAI/LLM solutions.
• Experience integrating APIs, data sources, workflows, and cloud services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly build demos, prototypes, and MVPs for client opportunities.
• Translate client problems into working technical concepts using models and data.
• Support discovery workshops, executive demos, and value sessions.
• Partner with Solution Architects to ensure scalable, secure prototypes.
• Package prototypes into assets and setup guides for reuse.
