Job summary

OASIS Group is seeking a Client Experience Representative to join our Northampton team on a part-time job-share basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling orders, updating systems, and answering routine inquiries with a focus on service quality.

Working 18.75 hours per week on site at Brackmills, you will collaborate across functions to deliver excellent client care, manage invoices updates, and proactively respond to client needs while upholding GDPR and data protection

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client requests.
• Organised with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Experience servicing written and oral client requests across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and service client requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process client orders and key system transactions accurately within service levels.
• Take ownership of complaints, manage expectations and follow up for timely resolution.
• Make outbound calls to clients with updates on enquiries or proactive information.
• Communicate with clients about invoices and outstanding payments as required.
• Update systems with clear information and produce routine reports.
