Job summary

OASIS Group is the largest privately-owned information management provider in Europe, securing and managing data and documents. This role focuses on daily prep and scanning of client data under supervision, with shifts from 6am to 2.30pm or 2.30pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday.

You will input data, use scanning technology, perform indexing, and ensure 100% quality checks in line with BS10008:2014 standards. The company promotes equality of opportunity and a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Able to meet project timelines and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for scanning and rebuild files after scanning.
• Input data accurately and maintain scanning logs.
• Operate scanning technology and supporting software.
• Indexing duties to ensure documents are searchable.
• Ensure quality and compliance with procedures and client contracts.
