Job summary

OASIS Group, a leading information management provider, seeks a data-prep and scanning operative to handle daily client data under supervision. The role operates a shift pattern (6am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–11pm, Monday to Friday) on-site at Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.

You will prepare items for scanning, index data, and ensure quality and compliance under BS10008:2014 standards, with strict adherence to timelines and client contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to take control of indexing jobs and manage own workload.
• Adaptable to working with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for scanning and rebuild files post-scan.
• Input data accurately and maintain logs.
• Operate scanning technology and support software.
• Complete scanning logs daily and perform indexing duties.
• Ensure documents are searchable and compliant with procedures.
• Support other areas within the business as required.
