Job summary

Hooke London is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead the client onboarding journey and oversee the end-to-end service experience for a discerning clientele in our luxury health and longevity setting.

You will be the primary contact for a dedicated client cohort, collaborating with clinical, operations and membership teams to ensure seamless delivery, high discretion and exceptional service standards. This maternity cover role includes a potential permanent position.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Confident, professional and well-presented.
• Comfortable speaking with high-level clients.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• Experience in sales, client services, concierge or premium environments.
• Exposure to UHNW clients or premium service environments.
• Interest in health, longevity, fitness or wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end new client journey and onboarding.
• Be main contact for client cohort and coordinate with teams.
• Ensure seamless client experience with clinical/operations/membership colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, discretion and detail.
• Provide concierge support with 7-day client coverage.
• Support appointment booking and client documentation with Operations.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and referral networks.
• Proactively maintain client relationships and engagement opportunities.
• Reflect HOOKE voice in communications and adapt to client types.
• Represent the brand to UHNW clients.
