Job summary

Luna Partners in Central London is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager & Head of Client Relations to lead a doctor-led private clinic and deliver a premium, luxury client experience in a fast-paced environment.

This senior, hands-on role covers clinic operations, people management and client service, with Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, leading a team of medical secretaries and client relations staff to ensure seamless journeys for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Senior people manager with a focus on client service.
• Experience in luxury private healthcare or hospitality is desired.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage busy periods with calm, structured daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Relations Team, including medical secretaries and client relations staff.
• Manage workflow, priorities and deadlines across the team.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
• Oversee client scheduling, team rotas and workload.
• Lead daily team huddles and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle challenging client enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Conduct quality checks across bookings, reports and communications.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Provide hands-on support during busy periods and absences.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new starters.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
