Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead the client experience on the Barclays account in London. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating meetings and events with warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will build senior-level relationships, understand client preferences, and ensure delivery to an exceptional standard while supporting sales growth and cost-awareness within a premium corporate environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience in a fast-paced hospitality, events, catering or sales environment.
• Proven ability to manage meetings, conferences and high-end events.
• Experience building relationships with senior-level clients and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure.
• Manage meetings, events and special functions from enquiry through delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop knowledge of client preferences to provide a personalised service.
• Promote facilities and identify opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Oversee food and beverage service ensuring quality and presentation.
• Be highly visible and proactively resolve challenges during service.
