Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering excellent service. The role focuses on building strong relationships with housing associations and local authorities, processing orders, and supporting Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Passion for working with people.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to assist customers in line with our values.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers, helping to maintain accurate client profiles and high service standards.
• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and update customers throughout their journey.
• Keep the branch and yard clean and tidy to create a great first impression.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock counts.
• Work with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.
