Position

As a Client Executive, you will be the point of contact for your clients, working closely with Client Directors and the Head of Client Management. You’ll ensure that clients receive the right level of support, guidance, and strategic advice to help them meet their objectives. Your contribution will be key in mobilising the resources and expertise across the business to make a significant impact on our clients’ success.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring requests are actioned promptly.
  • Collaborate with Client Directors to ensure client goals and strategies are aligned and effectively implemented.
  • Plan and lead client meetings, delivering accurate and professional presentations with actionable recommendations.
  • Translate client requests into clear briefs, working with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyse and interpret client data, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive their business forward.
  • Proactively resolve any client issues and escalate queries when necessary, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Ideally, 1+ years of experience in a similar role, with a basic understanding of customer data and business commerciality.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You should be comfortable working with numbers and data, and able to present complex information in a clear, straightforward manner.
  • Organisation: Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: An excellent communicator, confident in leading client meetings and building strong relationships.
  • Proactive Attitude: You’re not just a problem-solver, but someone who can identify opportunities for clients and suggest improvements.
