The Role:

This is a blended Corporate Client Executive/Account Handler role requiring a flexible approach to servicing our UK and overseas based clients. Your role will centre around managing and nurturing long-term client relationships. You’ll provide advice, handle renewals, adjustments and queries with professionalism and empathy. You’ll also have the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise across a range of commercial insurance classes, with full support for training and development.

What you will be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable service
  • Managing mid-term adjustments, renewals, and day-to-day client queries
  • Working closely with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best outcomes for clients
  • Continuously developing your knowledge
  • Staying up to date on market developments and product changes to enhance your advice
  • Producing market presentations and client reports using Word and Excel

Qualifications:

  • A client-first mindset with experience in commercial insurance broking (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
  • Strong organisational skills and careful attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in developing technical knowledge
  • Comfortable working remotely, with a self-driven and proactive attitude
  • Cert CII (preferred but not essential)
  • You must be a UK resident and possess a commercial insurance background
  • Preferably knowledge of PI, D &O, Cyber & P & C
  • As a Chartered Broker progression with CII Qualifications would be strongly supported
