Job summary

AFH Wealth Management is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to join our contact centre in Bromsgrove. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, following FCA-compliant scripts while identifying customer needs.

You’ll maintain CRM records and work with advisers to ensure fair lead distribution, meeting targets for conversation quality. Working 35 hours per week on site, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, you’ll be part of a growing team with ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls generated through marketing activity
• Follow communication scripts in line with FCA compliance
• Identify customer needs
• Maintain professional relationships with lead-taking advisers to ensure fair distribution
• Keep accurate records of all customer conversations within the internal CRM
• Meet targets relating to the quality of conversations
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance
• Any other reasonable request made by the Client Engagement Manager or Senior Management Team

Our Client Engagement Executives are responsible for generating leads as a result of marketing activity across the business. You will be part of a growing team, handling both inbound and outbound customer calls. Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanour and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well within a team environment.

As our Client Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls generated through marketing activity

• Identifying customer needs

• Experience in a role where inbound and outbound calls are part of daily duties with KPIs
