Job Description:

As a Client Director in Strategic Banking, you will develop new business within ServiceNow's largest existing accounts, manage executive relationships, and lead virtual teams including Solution Sales, Consulting, Support, and Professional Services to serve our top clients.

What you will do:
  • Provide strategic leadership and serve as the primary relationship manager between clients and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop tailored ServiceNow solutions aligned with client strategic outcomes, leading large virtual teams.
  • Drive growth in global accounts by deploying worldwide resources.
  • Build trust through multi-tiered relationships from project teams to CxO level.
  • Create roadmaps and build capabilities to enhance customer experience.
  • Meet financial targets related to licenses, renewals, and professional services.
Qualifications:
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving using AI-powered tools.
  • 10+ years in client management with a focus on revenue growth.
  • 5+ years as a Client Director or similar, with multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationship management.
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management.
  • Proven success exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
  • Understanding of broad business IT needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
