Client Director

The Credit Solutions team at Aon is seeking a Client Director to join a multi-skilled broking team, managing a portfolio of strategic and global client relationships.

This role offers hybrid working flexibility, combining virtual work with time at our Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients.
  2. Design and manage strategic programs, including renewals and servicing.
  3. Negotiate policy wordings.
  4. Manage credit risk and limit issues escalation.
  5. Handle claims submissions and broking processes.
  6. Ensure timely delivery of policy documentation and guide clients on policy terms.
  7. Analyze statistical data and prepare renewal reports.
  8. Prepare for and participate in client and insurer meetings, with prompt follow-up.
  9. Advise clients on market trends and share insights to enhance value.
  10. Support new business development initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Achieve personal revenue targets to contribute to team budgets.
  2. Follow business processes, systems, and procedures.
  3. Enhance client satisfaction and uphold service promises.
  4. Coach and train team members as needed.
  5. Build cross-functional relationships within Aon and leverage the Aon United Blueprint.
