Key Responsibilities:

1. New business development and influencer division growth
2. Develop and own the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals
3. Build and lead a high-performing team of influencer marketers and talent managers
4. Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
5. Define success metrics and lead reporting, tracking ROI, engagement, and brand impact
6. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables
7. Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent

What We’re Looking For:

1. 6+ years’ experience in client services and influencer marketing
