ReQuire Consultancy Ltd in the UK seeks a hands-on delivery coordinator to own projects from sales handover through to final sign-off on site. This role requires ownership across specifications, factory coordination, suppliers, and customer touchpoints to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with no surprises.
You will coordinate schedules, check all orders and POs, confirm material and production dates, and coordinate on-site deliveries and installs as the main contact for customers.
My client needs someone who takes a confirmed order and makes sure it arrives exactly as promised, on time, in full, and with no surprises for the customer. It's hands-on, detail-driven delivery, keeping every handover joined up from Sales through to sign-off on site.
My client is a well-established, values-led UK manufacturer supplying furniture into commercial projects. They have their own factory, a loyal customer base and a reputation they work hard to protect. Every project carries their name, so getting delivery right genuinely matters to them.
You'll own a portfolio of projects from the moment Sales hands them over through to final sign-off on site. In between sit a lot of moving parts: specifications and drawings, the factory and external suppliers, supply chain, transport, site teams and the customer. Your job is to keep all of those joined up, so nothing slips through the gaps and the customer never has to pick up the phone to chase.
From our experience, the people who do best in roles like this often don't have "Project Manager" on their CV. You might currently be a project coordinator, or a contracts, operations or even delivery manager maybe even an installation manager. However if you have worked in the following environments, this would also work. Furniture, fit-out, interiors, joinery, kitchens and bathrooms or manufacturing. More important than the title:
