About the Role

Client Delivery Manager – Central Birmingham / Hybrid £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week, and great benefits.

This profitable and rapidly-growing organisation requires a skilled Client Delivery Manager with proven experience embedding technology into professional services teams. You will have a history of delivering seamless digital services and platforms that are accessible for customers, clients, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Technology Consultants, managing capacity and workload prioritisation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ongoing development within the client solutions team.
• Participate in strategic decisions and potentially product development.
• Hybrid role with 2 days per week in Birmingham office and monthly visits to Nottingham.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a SCRUM Master

• Experience within Agile and Scrum practices
