Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Client Data Coordinator in Bristol to deliver timely MI reporting for the MITIE Waste & Environmental unit. The role focuses on data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier data coordination to meet contractual obligations.

You will develop and standardize data collection and reporting processes while leveraging Excel, SQL, and Power BI to create actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivots and charts.
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity across multiple datasets.
• Able to manage workload independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SQL/MS Visual Studio/Power BI is desirable for dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Generate and deliver monthly MI reports on time and to client requirements.
• Analyze MI data to identify trends and escalate findings for decision-making.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to obtain data for monthly waste reports.
• Develop standardized procedures for data collection, verification, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve MI.
