Siamo Recruitment is partnering with a South West financial services provider to recruit an IT & MI Coordinator. The role sits in a hybrid environment, handling internal IT support and regular business reporting via Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, highly organized, and analytical, with experience in Salesforce and a proactive approach to data quality and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating Salesforce to run basic reports.
• Ability to prepare and adjust reports for financial data.
• Comfort with process improvement and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports via Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to provide regular data and adjustments.
• Audit client data fields in Salesforce for accuracy.
• Assist with basic Salesforce user management.
• Report to Senior Leadership.
• Coordinate and complete analytical duties.
• Serve as first contact for internal IT queries and hardware issues.
• Coordinate with external IT partner on hardware, network, or server issues.
• Track internal IT equipment and manage starter kits with third parties.
