Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Belfast is seeking a data stewardship assistant to support BAU activities and project work across client and operational datasets. You will help manage data setup for customers, traders, brokers and settlement data, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, possesses high organisation skills & a proactive approach.
• Demonstrates strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment.
• Highly effective written & oral communication skills; adapts communication style to suit audience.
• Shows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environments.
• Knowledge in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Desired Knowledge of financial markets.
• Previous experience in a similar organisation.

Responsibilities

• Execute client and operational data set-up, including customers, traders, brokers, confirmation data, FX, instruments, invoicing and settlement data.
• Ensure BAU activities are completed by EOD of Day, where required.
• Assist with daily trade breaks, resolving data set-up challenges to ensure efficiency across the post-trade lifecycle.
• Assist with Data integration tasks and project work related to key firm-wide initiatives.
• To support the Team Manager and wider team colleagues with various change initiatives and process enhancements.
