Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a motivated Business Analyst in Belfast to elicit, document, and translate functional and non-functional requirements into a clear roadmap with milestones and user stories. You will work with business, corporate and technology teams on complex Order and Deal Management systems and ensure effective process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in eliciting and capturing requirements in a software development environment.
• Experience delivering complex systems across the full software development lifecycle.
• Enterprise system experience with a focus on financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business product owners, analysts and development teams to align delivery with priorities.
• Identify and group stories to form MVPs for regular production deployments.
• Capture business needs using user stories and use cases with sufficient detail for scoping and estimation.
• Support planning, prioritisation and risk identification within the SDLC.
• Assist in defining scope and guiding estimation using domain knowledge.
