Job summary

TP ICAP Group Services Ltd in Belfast is seeking a data stewardship assistant to support BAU activities and project work, focusing on client and operational data setup.

You will handle setup of customers, traders, brokers, confirmation data, invoicing and settlement data, ensure BAU by end of day, and assist with data integration and change initiatives.

• Assist with daily trade breaks, resolving data set-up challenges to ensure efficiency across the post-trade lifecycle.
• Assist with Data integration tasks and project work related to key firm-wide initiatives.
• To support the Team Manager and wider team colleagues with various change initiatives and process enhancements.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for the assisting with the delivery of both Business As Usual (BAU) activities and project-related work. In particular, this role requires the successful candidate to assist with the execution of client and operational data stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis.

Role Responsibilities

• Execution of Client and Operational Data set-up responsibilities, including but not limited to: customers, traders, brokers, confirmation data, FX, instruments, invoicing and settlement data.

Experience / Competences

• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, possesses high organisation skills & a proactive approach
• Demonstrates strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment
• Highly effective written & oral communication skills; adapts communication style to suit audience
• Shows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environments
• Knowledge in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Desired Knowledge of financial markets
• Previous experience in a similar organisation
