Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce.
• 3–4 years experience conducting research, analyzing and packaging qualitative and quantitative data for client insight.
• 3–4 years experience in Client Coverage capabilities and cross-functional teams.
• 3–4 years experience in portfolio management including internal stakeholder collaboration, query management, compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client relationships with support from senior relationship managers, coordinating the end-to-end client engagement value chain and the origination and execution of client-centric solutions.
• Ensure client needs are fulfilled while managing risk and delivering exceptional client experience and contributing towards defined revenue targets.
