Job summary

WorkNest Secure is seeking a diligent Client Coordinator to support the Information Security Consultancy team in Leeds. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely service delivery across Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, and Information Security offerings.

Strong relationship-building and organisational prowess are essential. You will report to the Client Coordination Manager and work to achieve monthly billable targets while driving continuous improvements in client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to manage service delivery accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent understanding of information security services and client expectations.
• Outstanding organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Capable of juggling multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Effective communication with multiple stakeholders including employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Client Coordination Manager.
• Support delivery for Information Security Consulting across Data Protection, Cyber Essentials and Information Security service.
• Work within the client coordination costs and align to budget.
• Assist Information Security Consulting to achieve forecasted monthly billable targets.
• Attend regular 1:1s, performance reviews and career development with the Client Coordination Manager.
• Attend quarterly appraisals with Head of Operations.
• Maintain a high-performing team culture with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Drive and maintain a customer-focused culture within the Client Coordination Team.
• Work towards set KPIs and provide updates to the Client Coordination Manager.
• Maintain accuracy and readiness of all data.
• Arrange and maintain readiness from both Consultant/Assessor and client perspectives.
• Identify, elevate and support resolution of issues with the Client Coordination Manager.
• Help prepare for readiness of weekly delivery update meetings.
• Report to Client Coordination Manager for operational enhancements.
• Attend team meetings and periodic performance assessments.
