Job summary

Colne Valley Veterinary Practice is part of Linnaeus and Mars Veterinary Health, the world's largest privately owned veterinary group. We are seeking a Client Care Manager in Colchester to lead our client care team with focus on service standards and staff development.

The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–7pm with occasional Saturday mornings; salary £32,000 per year. Join a collaborative team committed to outstanding animal care.

Qualifications

• Experience in motivating, managing and developing a team or in a client care environment.
• Previous veterinary experience desired but not essential.
• Previous customer facing experience (3 years minimum).
• Strong administration and organisation skill.
• GCSE Math C grade or above (or equivalent).

Job Title: Client Care Manager Location: Colne Valley Practice, Colchester, part of Linnaeus Salary: £32,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am – 7pm. Plus occasional Saturday morning 8am – 1.30pm
