How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional and compassionate experience for every client and patient
  • Manage appointments, telephone enquiries and client communications efficiently
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
  • Support colleagues across the practice to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of reception
  • Remain calm, organised and professional in a busy and emotionally demanding environment
