Job summary

Cherry Tree Vets - Lane End is seeking a friendly and organized Client Care Assistant to join as a part-time receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments and communications, and supporting a positive client journey.

The role entails 30 hours per week with shifts 8am–7:15pm Mon–Fri on a rota basis, with some Saturdays possible. A collaborative practice environment and ongoing development are offered.

We are seeking an organised, personable Client Care Assistant join our team at Cherry Tree Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

We are a small, friendly first-opinion veterinary practice that has proudly served the charming village of Lane End and its surrounding communities for over 10 years, having many clients with us from the beginning.

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• Position requires 30 hours per week. Covering shift patterns between the hours of 8am to 7.15pm Monday to Friday on a rota 'ed basis, Some Saturdays may also be required.
