Southfields Veterinary Specialists, part of Linnaeus, is seeking a Client Care Assistant. You will support reception, telephony, accounts and client service in a fast-paced hospital environment. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 9pm and a rota of 1 in 8 weekends.

Salary is 26,701 per annum. You must have excellent English and Right to Work in the UK. We value teamwork, career development and a supportive, pet-focused culture.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Hours between 7am - 9pm. Plus 1 in 8 weekends on a rota basis

Your Role And Responsibilities

Southfields Veterinary Specialists are currently recruiting for a Client Care Assistant, who will support the existing Client Care and Administration teams in providing exceptional care and customer service to our clients and patients.

You will work as part of a fast-paced team who are integral to the running of the hospital. Main duties will include general reception duties, telephony, managing accounts, client management and customer service, diary coordination, insurance claims and other general administration tasks.

Our purpose-built referral-only practice is complimented by an excellent team and provides the opportunity to develop your career in a pleasant and supportive atmosphere.
