Job summary

Dundee Vets for Pets is seeking a Client Care Advisor to join our friendly practice team. You will be the welcoming face of the clinic, delivering outstanding customer service and acting as the bridge between clients and the veterinary team.

Hours are full-time, 40 per week with every third Saturday. The role emphasizes empathy, organisation, and a love of animals, with benefits including staff discounts and pension.

What your day will look like:

This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per (Practice open between 08:30am & 7:00pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays with a salary in line with national minimum wage.
