Job summary

Dundee Vets for Pets is seeking a Client Care Advisor to deliver outstanding service and be the welcoming face of the practice.

You will greet clients, process payments, arrange appointments, and support the clinical team using our online booking systems. A friendly, proactive communicator with strong computer skills is essential.

This full-time role (40 hours) includes 1 in 3 Saturdays; benefits include staff discounts, pension, and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary setting or customer care environment is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable individual who enjoys being the welcoming face of the practice.

Responsibilities

What your day will look like:

• Delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring their pets receive the highest standard of care, acting as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and colleagues across the practice.
• Creating positive client experiences so every visit feels welcoming, reassuring, and worth returning for.
• Greeting clients warmly, offering guidance and support, processing payments, and arranging future appointments with care and efficiency.
• Helping to ensure the smooth daily running of the practice using our online booking systems—strong computer skills are essential.

This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per (Practice open between 08:30am & 7:00pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays with a salary in line with national minimum wage.
